today I want to share with you one of my favourite muffin recipe since I've discovered to be lactose intolerant.
Ingredients for 12 muffins
First mix the liquid ingredients: eggs, oil and milk, then sugar, flour, baking powder and baking soda and cinnamon. Cut the apples into little pieces and add it into the mix. Put the mixture into your muffin tin, cover the top with some sugar and more cinnamon if you like, and bake it in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes!
Extremely quick & easy! :D
tip: you can modify the amount of milk and put some yogurt instead!
